胡其鸣先生是中国电影发行和放映产业的资深人士，以影院建设和管理经验见长。他曾担任过 UCI 公司大中华地区的总裁，在台湾、中国建设设计了第一批影城。其在任期间引进的《铁塔尼克号》、《天地大冲撞》、《拯救大兵瑞恩》至今仍保留着全国的票房纪录。作为新中国第一位独立电影制片人（ 1993 年《无人喝彩》）， 胡其鸣 先生投资制作了多部获奖影片（如 2006 年《好奇害死猫》）。同时，他为积极推进中国电影改革所作出的努力也赢得了中国电影界的认可和尊敬。

Former Chief Rep./GM of UCI (JV of Paramount and Universal) for Greater China (China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong), a veteran in motion picture distribution and exhibition, Mr. Wu is known for his extensive background and training in cinema design and management. He is one of the most influential person in Chinese film industry as the first independent film producer and contribution to establish “box-office sharing” in China .

查里斯 . 韦索基 先生是国际上最著名的院线建设者之一，拥有超过 40 年的电影放映和发行经验。他是著名的 EuroPlex Cinemas B.V. 的创办者和董事长 ( 由索罗斯投资 1 亿美元 ) ，在瑞士、意大利和希腊等国建设影城。他曾任 Village Roadshow 欧洲区 CEO 和主管， AMC International ( 后称为 UCI) 董事长 /CEO ，以及 Cineplex-Odeon Canada 执行副总裁。 韦索基 先生受派建造了英国第一座多厅影院（ 1984 ）和德国的第一个超大型影城（ Megaplex, 20 个以上银幕）。他在加拿大、英国、德国、澳大利亚、西班牙、葡萄牙、瑞士、意大利、法国和希腊等多个国家建造了 150 座以上的电影院，在阿根廷、巴西、巴拿马和埃及等国从事影院管理。他将负责影院高级管理培训和投资决策。

Mr. Wesoky has been accredited by the industry for developing and building the first multiplex cinema in England and the first Megaplex in Germany . He has built over 150 cinemas in Canada , Great Britain , Germany , Austria , Spain , Portugal , Switzerland , Italy , France and Greece plus refurbishing and operating cinemas in Argentina , Brazil , Panama , and Egypt .

艾拉.斯蒂格勒先生是影院产业的一名资深人士，在过去二十年间设计并建造了超过 140 座以上的现代多厅影城。作为一名建筑师，他早期为美国许多商圈设计购物中心和影院。在 Warner Bros 的 16 年间，他负责全球拓展并成功在欧洲和亚洲开发电影城。斯蒂格勒先生在上海建立了自己的公司，为中国发展新的电影和影院产业开发、设计和建造电影院。

Ira Stiegler is a veteran of the cinema industry having designed and built over 140 modern multiplex during the past two decades. As an architect, his early years involved designing shopping malls and cinemas for many of the U.S. Circuits. For 16 years as S.V.P. at Warner Bros. he was responsible for the world wide development of its many successful cinema circuits throughout Europe and Asia . Ira has established his own company in Shanghai developing, designing and building cinemas in China for a new developing film and cinema industry.

张鸣鸣女士曾任新浪副总裁，主管中国事业发展和收购与兼并。毕业于北京电影学院的张女士，有着曾参与过十多部影视剧的投资、制片、拍摄和演出，包括“没有爸的村庄”、“想入非非”、“红姑寨恩仇记”。毕业于美国最知名的美国麻省理工学院 MBA 。张女士在“伊丽人”网站任职 CEO 和艺酷网 CEO 的管理经验，使卢米埃的国际管理团队更强化了本土化管理。

Ms. Zhang was the VP of business development for Sina.com, she is skilled in building business through equity expansion, joint venture, top level contract negotiation, licensing agreements, creative promotion, analysis of competition, and improving relations with governments and partners. She is a graduate of Beijing Academy and holds a MBA from MIT.
